BestCat v0.2 Released

Today we're publishing BestCat v0.2 after about a month of work since the initial version.

We have a tremendous number of improvements to the gameplay, such as:

• Having speed as an attribute of the player, with power-ups for it, and enemies affecting it
• Adding support for 3 other characters besides BestCat, with their own unique stats
• Adding a "treasure chest" mechanism that give you random goodies (or non-goodies too!)
• Having a "time mechanism" - missions have to be completed in a certain time. Destroying dark towers give you extra time, and higher difficulty levels give you shorter time.

We have also added a new mission, one new type of enemy (the snail), and one new type of boss (Zorax the demon).

Finally, there's numerous balancing changes, many UI improvements (especially around menus, animations, etc.), and the mandatory number of bug fixes.

We hope you'll enjoy this new release as much as we enjoyed making it.

We have at least one more cooking 'till the end of the year!
